Overall sign is in decent shape it displays well it does have some scratches on the face and some corrosion developing under the C & O this sign was rescued from a local bar that burned down so It has a faint smoke smell to it I've given it all the good scrub but it's still smells smoky measures "24 wide and about "6 tall
