This unique pattern was produced by
Frankoma
from 1998 through 2008 and is now discontinued.  It features raised Native American symbols on the rim and a dark teal body.
This dinner plate is previously owned and does show signs of wear.
There's some light scratching in the center and a dimple in the finish (see photo).
