The pin features a bug motif with two kinds of turquoise (my educated guess is Kingman for the head and Royston for the body) as well as coral, opal, amethyst, carnelian, tiger's eye, onyx and more accenting the eyes and legs. A pair of decoratively stamped wings complete the look. A wonderful conversation piece! The pin is stamped H. Ration STERLING on the back. Total weight is 15.71 grams or 0.55 ounces.
