This item supplies lubrication up to 300 psi and best operates at 100-150 psi.  We recommend that an oil check valve should be installed in line between the lubricator and cylinder.  An oil check valve (or non-return valve) will protect the unit from back flow which could cause damage. That part does not come supplied with this lubricator yet can be purchased in our other ads .  A quality manufactured item with brass components.  Dimensions: 1-1/4" Diameter  x 2-1/4" Height.  Weight is 3 oz.  The outlet is 1/8" model pipe or tube and needs to be sliver soldered in place for proper operation.
