    Description

Avery SF100-235-S High Bake Yellow Vinyl is flexible and conforms to the surface it is applied to. It can withstand temperatures up to 200F for 30 minutes for heat cure coatings without leaving a sticky residue on your part. When I personally use these stencils, I flash cure for 10-15 min @ 180F when applying cerakote. For multi-color designs the stencil can withstand multiple flash cures. In that case I recommend reducing the temp to closer to 150F for 15-20 min.
Please use these values for reference only
. Make sure you understand the coating, the material of your part, and your equipment for best results. On smooth surfaces the vinyl holds tight lines if applied properly. It can be used on lightly textured surfaces like Magpul plastic but note that the more aggressive the texture the less sharp the lines will be once the stencil is removed.
These stencils are designed specifically for heat cure application but work great for air cure paints and coatings as well. Stencils are intended for single use.
    Pattern – Multicam Large (Rifle) 8” x 12” sheet
All listings have an image with comparison to a square (measurements in inches) to help you judge size and scale. I sized this pattern for application on an AR15 platform, I also offer a Small (Pistol)sized pattern as one of my standard selections. This is just a sizing recommendation and either can be used on any platform depending on how fine you want the pattern details to be. If you have a custom application/size in mind I am happy to do custom work as well.
    *Unweeded*
All vinyl stencils will ship unweeded unless otherwise specified. Unweeded means that the cut vinyl around the pattern has not been removed. This is because both the positive and the negative of the image makes for useful stencil. Use a dental pick to carefully remove the negative as shown in the image. Stencil can be transferred to a sheet of wax paper or scrap backing paper to protect the adhesive side until ready for use.
    Transfer Tape
Basic stencil patterns can be easily applied by hand. For advanced patterns with smaller details use of transfer tape can be helpful. Please view my other listings for various cuts of transfer tape to help with your project.
