There are few artists anywhere with the reputation, talent and creativity of Navajo master artist Tommy Jackson. He can and does take traditional materials and creates unique pieces, as beautiful as they are innovative. This 3-piece buckle incorporates the traditions of rug design, silver channel inlay and deep stamping in a buckle that is completely fresh and contemporary while paying tribute to the Navajo culture. The three Sterling silver pieces with the stamped rug design elements could easily stand alone, but with the intricate silver channel inlay, 1" x 1 3/16", the buckle becomes a work of art. (We have listed the numerous materials used below.) This is a gorgeous piece of wearable art, and most assuredly, will generate considerable attention. Prepare to bask.
