    Roy Talahaftewa bolo
    Roy Talahaftewa is one of the most renowned Hopi silversmiths working today. This bolo depicts a Thunderbird or Eagle in sterling silver with a raised coral cab in the center. Roy has won numerous awards for his celebrated art, including Best of Show at the Santa Fe Indian Market, where he continues to show his magnificent work to devoted collectors of Hopi jewelry. This bolo was custom-made for a private collector in the late 1990s. It is approximately 22 inches long from the end of the tips to the top of the folded cord. The silver bolo is approximately 2 ¾ inches in diameter, and the hand-made tips are 2 ½ inches long.
