is Sterling Silver and Multi-Gem Bracelet was made by the talented and famous Navajo artist Darryl Becenti
using a high level of skill in both design and jewelry construction! Darryl was born in 1957 in Gallup and became active in1980. He learned his craft early and along with some of the modern masters of Navajo Jewelry. He is the brother-in-law of David, Gary, Leroy, and Sunshine Reeves. This is in addition to his brothers Andy, and Donovan Cadman. They must have created a very supportive but competitive environment for them all to thrive in!
It is signed with half of his correct hallmark, "(sideways) D" on the reverse. If there was room for it, no doubt Darryl would have stamped and arrow next to the "D". It is also stamped "STERLING" and is guaranteed to be Sterling Silver. It has a moderate tarnish on it. The Bracelet looks as it should for having been used very lightly by a careful owner. There are no brakes, cracks, chips, noticeable scratches, etc. The High Grade Stones, Sterling Silver, and Hardware are all fine. I believe it will please you...
The design theme in the silver work is exactly what you may hope for and features outstanding Twisted Wire, Water Drops, and sturdy but graceful construction. What impresses me most about this is the use of the variety of Gems...in shape and color...and its contrast to the magnificent Twisted Wire frame. This is exceptionally comfortable to wear too...
This is a charming piece of his artistry that you will enjoy every day! I hope you are pleased with what you see...
