Description

I believe this cotton canvas pouch is type M1956 and was issued in the earlier part  of the Vietnam conflict. Measuring about 7" x 4" x 2", it is in excellent, unissued  condition. The two metal belt keepers are present and in good working condition.  Other straps, snaps, and hook are also present. Under the flap it reads, "POUCH,  SMALL ARMS, AMMUNITION, UNIVERSAL" along with FSN and DSA numbers. This Ammo pouch  has been in storage since I closed my Military Surplus store 30 years ago.
