Vintage Army Military Tripod with Adjustable Legs. This was a local estate sale find. I’m not sure exactly how old this is. If it could be from World War II to Vietnam I’m guessing. Upper legs are wood while the metal extension legs and hinges are painted in olive drab. All locking mechanisms loosen and tighten properly. Legs measure approx 32"/ approx 60" extended. The upper hole is approx 1.4" diameter. The entire length of the hole is 1 7/8" long. The stamping on the head near the top clamp ring are x-61-h-1, then on the head where the legs attach x-60-a-2, then the upper leg hinges x-60-L-2, then the metal leg guide brackets in the center of the wood legs x-59-k, then the leg lock bracket x-59-h-1 and finally the metal legs x-59-D. In very good condition with a couple minor paint nicks in a few spots. Please see photos for condition and please feel free to ask any questions
