A beautiful, vintage, mid century modern 6" inch x 3 1/2" wide (at widest point) blue vase. It's made by Frankoma Pottery, which was founded in 1933 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. It is made in the United States with locally dug clay. This particular piece is made with a reddish color, terra cotta color, looking clay. Frankoma Pottery is known for it's dinnerware, sculptures, mugs, vases  and figurines. It is highly prized by collectors with some of the most valuable pieces worth up to 700-800 dollars. Older pieces before 2000 are thought to contain lead but many think that as long as there is no cracks or crazing present, that it would be safe for food. This candle holder/vase is in one of the rarer colors for this piece. This free form vase would be perfect for a modern or contemporary decor or for a collector. Classy, beautiful and unique.
