Vintage Wayne Eagleboy Native American 14k Gold Bolo

Vintage Native American bolo tie handmade by Wayne Eagleboy
Stamped with Wayne Eagleboy name, hallmark symbol, 14k, 95 (please see pictures)
2 feathers carved with a center star inlaid with lapis.
Gold ends with orange tips.
The square piece with the feathers is 14k & weighs 15.1g & the length of the bolo folded is 20”.
I’m assuming the bolo itself is made of leather but I’m not 100% sure, it’s in good condition.
