    Description

    Vintage Magpie, Hopi bird, thunderbird bolo inlaid with shell (probably mother of pearl), turquoise, jet, and red spiny oyster in silver by Zuni Pueblo artisan Lucy Ceshu. When purchased it was estimated as made around 1975 per the note on the Bolo clip. Approximately 1.5”x 1”. See photos for vintage condition and any natural imperfections.
    This is a unique style bird often referred to as a Magpie design. Older rare piece.
    I’m thinning out some of my Zuni Jewelry. It has a nice patina on. Wonderful pre-loved piece!
