This wonderful Belt Buckle was made by William Singer, a talented Navajo artist. He was born in 1945. He is the brother of Tommy Singer and started making jewelry in 1973. I believe that
perhaps it was made about 40-50 years ago. It is a classic "Chip Inlay" technique, Peyote Bird and Drums themed design, of that time frame. It is stamp signed "SD" with a hallmark depicting the maker. It is not stamped "Sterling" on reverse of the buckle. It is guaranteed to be Sterling Silver. There is a heavy tarnish.
The Turquoise and Coral "Chip Inlay" is all intact and solid! It is worth examining in the magnified pictures. I believe it will please you...
As the Navajo say, "Walk in Beauty"
